Now you can find the solution to all the problems related to EPFO on WhatsApp. Retirement fund organization EPFO has launched a WhatsApp helpline service for its subscribers.
According to a statement issued by the Ministry of Labor on Tuesday, the facility differs from other platforms in resolving EPFO’s grievances such as EPFiGMS portal, CPGRAMS, social media platforms (Facebook and Twitter) and 24×7 call center.
The number of WhatsApp users in India is estimated at 400 million. WhatsApp is currently the most used app by most people. Every class and every type of users are connected on WhatsApp. In such a situation, EPFO has launched this facility to connect directly with all its stakeholders. This helpline number has been launched in all 138 regional offices of EPFO.

According to a statement from the ministry, the EPFO has launched a WhatsApp-based helpline-cum-complaint redressal system under the initiative without interruption with the objective of ensuring uninterrupted service to subscribers during the Corona virus epidemic.
